Gruppo Campari is continuing with the sale of its still wine businesses. After selling its Lapostolle winery in Chile, the Sardinian wine estate Tenute Sella & Mosca, and the Tuscan estate Teruzzi & Puthod, Gruppo Campari have now decided to sell its Château de Sancerre to a France-based company, Maison Ackerman and its wine division Terrena, for €20.5 million.
Earlier this year, the group bought London dry gin brand Bulldog for £46.8 million. These sales and acquisitions imply that Gruppo Campari appears to be abandoning its still wine business, as confirmed by company CEO Bob Kunze-Concewitz.
