Following the success of the first Mixology and Flair Camp (MFC) in 2015, its second edition is being organised on December 13 at Celebrations Club, Lokhandwala, Mumbai.
MFC, conceptualised and managed by Pankaj Kamble of Flairology Bar School and Events and his team, is one of a kind congregation for the community with eminent national and international legends to create awareness of current market trends and strengthen the community.
This year, MFC will also introduce the first-ever Bar Awards “for recognising and honouring the efforts and hard work of teams or individuals who have raised the level of the bartending community on par with international standards and have paved the way for pioneering trends in the industry,” says Pankaj.
According to Pankaj, more than 250 flair tenders, 50 wine sommeliers and 25 Indian and international celebrity bartenders are expected to attend the 2016 event and the Bartender Awards ceremony to be held in the evening on December 13.
The first MFC, held at Khapoli near Pune, saw participation by more than 150 bartenders from 100 premium bars across the country. Many top mixologists and ace bartenders had shared their skills and knowledge with the budding talents
